Individual Lots Five individual lots will be provided a service for connection <br /> to the drain tile system along the curb and gutter as appropriate according to <br /> placement of the draintile system. The lots that will meet this requirement are <br /> as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Block 2 <br /> Lot 2, Block 2 <br /> Lot 9. Block 2 <br /> Lot 10, Block 2 <br /> Lot 11, Block 2 <br /> j. In accordance with the polici an <br /> orji tines of the City, the following described improvements (hereinafter coliectiveiv <br /> r. -led the "Street and Utility Improvements "), to include improvements as described by <br /> 4',L! plans, specifications, and contract documents entitled LakeIand Hills Streets and <br /> U!llitics, as prepared by the City Engineer, Howard R. Green Company, and as adopted <br /> aril approved by the City Council of th City of Centerville. Said improvements shall be <br /> constra.wd and iusmlled by the City to serve the Subdivision on the terms and conditions <br /> ac_ordim^ to Ordinance r8, Section 38.01, and other improvements specific to the <br /> development herein set ford: <br /> 1. Street Constrsctior, The base course shall be completed before November 15, <br /> 1997. The wear course shall be completed before September 1, 1998, or when the <br /> City deems appropriate according to the progress of work on the individual lots. <br /> The Developer shall be liable for any increase in cost for construction of the wear <br /> course due to delays in cor_struc: ion on the individual lots. <br /> 2. Procedure. All such improvements set out in Ordinance #8, Section <br /> 3 ° 0.01, and as additionally spec led herein shall be instituted, constructed, and <br /> ±maned as follows: <br /> a. The Developer shall provide to the City in writing an indication of the <br /> contractor selected by the Developer to construct and install the Street and <br /> Utiliry Improvements. The City shall reserve the right to determine if the <br /> contractor selected by the Developer is acceptable.
