CIRCLE PLN ES-LEXIN GT ON POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> SUPPLEMENT POLICE REPORT <br /> 97- 233859 <br /> On 11-27-971 at approximately 1110 hours Officer Parks of this Department asked me to <br /> confirin siatute on the sale cf uor on Th sksgiving day. I did respond to CPL PD and <br /> did contirtn MN Statute 340A,50: Subd. 4 to state no off sale liquor sales on <br /> Thanksgiving day. W ffi_ r Parks at this in told me he had observed a erson exit the <br /> Trio Bar in Centervlle carrying beer. Ile :.so requested that <br /> change into civi1u-, clothes and assist in an under cover buy if he were willing. I spoke <br /> with and he stated he would. <br /> Upon his returrt to tlhe PD in civilian clothes I had hire empty his pockets and place the <br /> contents in a rnanila envelope. This cnveiope was then placed in his in basket. I photo <br /> copied _five one do'll'ar bill's and one ten dollar bill, see attached, and gave these bills to <br /> We thtit proceeded to Centerville City Hall and met with <br /> Officer Parks. <br /> Officer Parks then checked , nd c onfirmed he had ordy fifteen dollars and serial <br /> numbers rnatched those on the photo copy. I then transported " the comer of <br /> Main Street and Cetrtervilie Road and he walked from there to the no Bar. Upon his <br /> return a few minutes latdr he was carrying a Frown paper bag and six bottles of Miller Lite <br /> beer. He stated that the beer cost him, five dollars, and handed over a five dollar bill and <br /> hve one dotter bills t> , l xct parks. He had no other nioncy on his person. <br /> Officer Parks Then respori;l d to the Trio Bar and spoke with the : See his <br /> report. Within a feu rn.nutes he r -w test.d m elf and enter the bar. <br /> Upon our arrival Officer Parks asked wno sold him the beer, he pointed to a male <br /> I J atd the ba anr_ Cif e , *Len 1ef. i the -. transported back to the PD. <br /> S.
