QUALIFICATIONS QF CQDIFIFR <br /> LEAGUE OF MINNESOTA CITIES/ <br /> AMERICAN LEGAL PUBLISHING CORPORATION <br /> The League of Minnesota Cities proposes to work in coniunction with its, Codification <br /> Consultant American Legal Publishing Corporation, to perform this project for the City of <br /> Centerville. <br /> An attorney from the League of Minnesota Cities staff will conduct the legal research for the <br /> project and will conduct all in- person conferences for the project. American Legal Publishing <br /> Corporation will perform the editorial and printing work for the project. <br /> American Legal Publishing Corporation is headquartered in Cincinnati. Ohio and has been in <br /> the ordinance codification business since 1934. American Legal currently serves over goo local <br /> governments across the nation. American Legal's clients range from large cities such as Dallas. <br /> Pittsburgh, and Cincinnati, to many small cities with populations of just a few hundred people. <br /> The League of Minnesota Cities has provided quality codification services to over 30 member <br /> cities during the last decade. This joint effort between LMC and ALP will allow Centerville to <br /> have the best of both worlds utqizing American Legal's codification expertise and the League's <br /> vast experience with Minnesota law and Minnesota local government. <br /> The primary contact person for this project will be Kent Sulem, Codification Attorney with the <br /> League of Minnesota Cities. American Legal's project coordinator will be Ray Boilhauer, Staff <br /> Attorney. <br /> Other than the work mentioned above which the League will subcontract to Arnerica,n Legal, no <br /> other work will be subcontracted to any party during the course of this project. <br /> The following biographies are for ilne primary legal and supeort staff that will be involved with <br /> the codification of Centerville's ordinances: <br /> American Legal Publishing <br /> SILEHEN G. WOLF - PRESIDENT <br /> T.
