Please give me a call if you have any questions, <br /> Pay Estimates <br /> Lakeland Mills - Pay Estimate No. 2 <br /> - Pay Estimate No. 2 including utility work and the beginning of the street work. <br /> Eagle Pass - Pay Estimate No. 7 and No. 8 <br /> - Pay Estimate tabled from previous council meeting, along with new pay estimate for <br /> additional street work. Also included in packet is a letter from the contractor <br /> indicating they will do additional investigative work on the drain tile system <br /> Senior Mousing <br /> • Plans and Specifications <br /> - Bids will be opened on Thursday, October 23rd. We have revised the plans 10 show <br /> a casing pipe through the town home area on Eagle Pass, at the requev. of the <br /> developers. <br /> • Grading Plan <br /> - We hope to have a revised copy of the grading plan for the project by the data of the <br /> Council meeting. This could be discussed along with the curb and gutter and other <br /> grading plan issues. <br /> Lamotte.
