The <br /> development will be located on property that the Anoka County HRA/City of Centerville <br /> currently has under a contract to purchase. <br /> The development will be a onc story, wood frame building built slab on grade. the exterior of <br /> the building will be primarily vinyl siding and gray include some brick accent. The single story <br /> building will have a pitched roof with asphalt shingles. <br /> The development vi :11 contain sixteen livink units including two, one bedroom, six, one bedroom <br /> plus den, and eight, t,ao bedroom units. 'Flip development will include sixteen enclosed garage <br /> parking stalls and ceumlon areas including a multi- purpose room with residential kitchen. <br /> Individual storage lockers will be provided for each apartment unit. The building will have a fire <br /> protection system. <br /> The sixteen touts of the development will range from one bedroomlone bath units <br /> (approximately 970 square fectl, one bedroom plus den!one bath units (approximately 970 square <br /> feet) and two bedroom /two bath units (approximately 1,005 square feet). Each apartment will <br /> have an appliance, packa--e that includes a frost -free refrigerator, dishwasher, self - cleaning oven, <br /> micro and fiull -size washer and dryer. All floors will be carpeted, except for the kitchen, <br /> bathroom and laundry moans, .which will be sheet vinyl firished. All apartments will have <br /> a patio. <br /> Individual heating and cooling systems will be provided for each unit of the development. Heat <br /> will be gas fired, forced air. <br /> Initial rents for the development are anticipated to be approximately 5525.00 per month for one <br /> bedroom units, approximately $575.00 per month for one bedroom plus den units, and $625.00 <br /> per month for two bedroom units. Heat, water, sewer, trash removal and maintenance will be <br /> included in 'lie rent. Garage rent is an additional $35.00 per month per space <br /> The development is planned to begin conQruction in October 1997 and completion is planned for <br /> April 199S. <br />
