The dates for this hearing cannot conflict <br /> with the initial hearing set by the county, metropolitan <br /> agencies or the school districts located in your city. <br /> However, your continuation hearing may conflict with the <br /> continuation hearing of another taxing district. These <br /> hearings must be held between November 29 and December 20. <br /> The continuation hearing must be at least 5 but no more than <br /> 14 business days after your initial hearing. The following <br /> taxing districts within your city have set the following <br /> hearing dates: <br /> TAXING HEARING RECONVENING <br /> DISTRICT DATE DATE <br /> Anoka County ..............December 9 ....... December 16 <br /> Metropolitan agencies..... December 1 ....... December 8 <br /> School District #12 ....... December 2 ....... December 11 <br /> With this information you can now set the initial date for <br /> your public hearing and a date for recommencing the meeting, <br /> if necessary. In addition, the time and location of the <br /> initial meeting, the phone number an interested taxpayer may <br /> call and your payable 1998 certified proposed property tax <br /> levy is due on or before September 15, 1997.
