CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> OCTOBER 9, 1996 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Centerville held a <br /> regular council meeting on October 9, 1996, at the City Hall. Mayor Wilharber called the <br /> meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. <br /> PRESENT: Tom Wilharber Theresa Brenner Sanna Buckbee <br /> Mary Jo Helmbrecht Laura Powers - Rasmussen <br /> STAFF /CONSULTANTS: Jim March Ry -Chel Gaustad <br /> Dave Nyberg <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> MOTION by Brenner, seconded by Helmbrecht to table the minutes. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> PAYMENT OF CLAIM: <br /> Centennial Fire District - <br /> MOTION by Helmbrecht, seconded by Brenner to approve the Centennial Fire District <br /> claims from October 1. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> City of Centerville - <br /> MOTION by Helmbrecht, seconded by Brenner to approve the receipts and disbursements <br /> from September 26 through the 30th. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> City of Centerville - <br /> MOTION by Brenner, seconded by Powers - Rasmussen to approve the receipts and <br /> disbursements dated October 1 through the 9. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> SET AGENDA: <br /> 1. Recycling Budget <br /> 2. Recommendation letter to authorize city staff to work with Ehlers to solicit proposals <br /> fro $655,000 G.O and refunding bonds, series 1996 <br /> 3. MM Home Builders - Rick and Tim <br /> 4. Place the Wall of Fame on the consent agenda <br /> MOTION by Brenner, seconded by Powers - Rasmussen to approve the consent agenda. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: <br />
