�3 <br /> _ CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> JULY 24, 1996 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Centerville held <br /> their regular meeting on July 24, 1996, at the City Hall, Mayor Wilharber called the <br /> meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> PRESENT: Tom Wilharber MaryJo Helmbrecht <br /> Theresa Brenner Laura Powers- Rasmussen <br /> ABSENT: Sanna Buckbee <br /> STAFF /CONSULTANTS: Jim March Trudi Breuninger <br /> Dave Nyberg <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — Street & Utility Improvement Hearing for Clearwater Meadows <br /> Wilharber stated the public hearing is for the purpose of correcting a technical defect of <br /> not putting the estimated costs of the improvements in the previous hearing notice. The <br /> first public hearing was held March 27, 1996. The estimated costs of the improvements is <br /> $462,000. <br /> MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Brenner to close the public hearing for street and <br /> utility improvements for Clearwater Meadows. Motion carried unanimously, Powers - <br /> Rasmussen not present. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MOTION by Brenner, second by Helmbrecht to approve the meeting minutes of June 19, <br /> 1996, with one correction to page 2, 6th paragraph. Motion carried unanimously, <br /> Powers - Rasmussen not present. <br /> MOTION by Brenner, second by Helmbrecht to approve the meeting minutes of June 26, <br /> 1996, with the correction of adding first names on the introduction of minutes. Motion <br /> carried unanimously, Powers- Rasmussen not present. <br /> MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Brenner to approve the meeting minutes of July 10, <br /> 1996.
