Mill Road •.
PLEASE CONSIDER THESE QUESTIONS:
1. Can Peltier Lake Drive" and Mill Road handle increased traffic flow for this
multi -home development? Are the roads too narrow to be collector streets?
2. Will increased traffic flow on Peltier Lake Drive make it even more dangerous
for children walking to school, bike riders and others on the streets?
3. If the land south of this parcel gets developed, will there be even more traffic
and congestion on these streets? Can we handle this?
4. Who will pay for the increased wear and tear on these streets?
5. Could we request that this development not be rezoned to "High Density" (R2A)?
6.
