All buildings erected on land within the commercial and industrial zoning <br /> districts shall be of wood frame, steel, reinforced concrete, masonry or an equivalent or <br /> better material. No building shall have pole barn type construction nor an exterior wall <br /> surface of sheet metal. Exterior wall surfaces of all buildings shall be face brick, glass, <br /> stone, decorative block, architectural concrete cast in place, pre -cast concrete panel, or <br /> architectural metal panel. Wood may be used as a trim material. <br /> AMEND TO READ: <br /> Section 2. In order to do that they would need to have a public hearing. Therefore the public <br /> hearing has been delayed to gather more changes that need to be considered for ordinance <br /> 4. In the meantime, they have approve to amend ordinance 44A as noted above. <br />
