The date of the preliminary <br /> plat that was approved is June 28, 1996. There is also a grading plan with the same June <br /> CIVILENGINEEaNC 28th date that accompanied the preliminary plat. <br /> `ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> MUNICIPAL The Developer of the project is proposing to complete the project using private financing <br /> PLANNING methods. Therefore, to complete the p ans and specifications, an escrow deposit from the <br /> SOUDWASTE Developer is necessary to cover the engineering expenses that will be incurred by the <br /> STRUCTURAL City. Additional money must also be provided by the Developer for continued plat and <br /> SURVEYING grading plan review that will occur along with development of the street and utility plans <br /> TRAFFIC and specifications. <br /> TRANSPORTATION <br /> We have estimated the construction cost of the proposed development based on the June <br /> E:_aRICAuMECNANICAL 28th plan set. The estimated construction cost is $1.5 million. Below is a summary of <br /> ENG'.NEERING. <br /> tNAC tasks and the associated fee to escrow for each task: <br /> POWER DISTRIBUTION <br /> SCADA Drainage Calculations and Storm Sewer Layout $ 7,500 <br /> SYSTEM CONTROLS Street and Utility Plan and Profile 49,000 <br /> Final Plat and Grading Plan Review 2,000 <br /> Contingency 8.000 <br /> Total J66 500 <br /> The above contingency amount would include any changes in the grading plan dated June <br /> 28th that would require a significant change in the utility plans. Because the Developer <br /> wishes to begin utility construction as soon as possible this fall, we must begin work on <br /> OFFICES IN: the street and utility plans immediately before all final issues are resolved on the grading <br /> MINNEAPOLIS plan. <br /> PRIOR LAKE <br /> ST.
