CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RESOLUTION 96 -26 <br /> RESOLUTION CONFIRMING CITY OF CENTERVILLE'S CONTINUED <br /> INTEREST IN HRA SENIOR HOUSING. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council passed a resolution on the 13th day of December, 1995, that <br /> authorized a joint market survey be conducted with Anoka County HRA. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a special meeting on June 19, 1996 to review the final <br /> market study for senior housing; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has indicated a continued interest with senior housing in <br /> Centerville. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, that the <br /> City of Centerville requests that the Anoka County Housing and Redevelopment Authority <br /> (ACHRA) analyze the feasibility and cost of constructing senior housing in Centerville in <br /> accordance with the needs identified in the Centerville Senior Housing Market Study <br /> dated June 1, 1996. We understand that all work will be coordinated by the ACHRA, and <br /> all costs incurred with this analysis will be paid be the ACHRA from Anoka County <br /> Housing and Redevelopment Authority levy generated in the City of Centerville or <br /> become part of project costs, should a project be constructed. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of Centerville on the 10th day of July, 1996, <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Trudi Breuninger, City Clerk <br />
