Milo Bennett, Fire Chief <br /> a. 1996 Annual Report <br /> b. 1997 Budget <br /> Mr. Bennett will be presenting his annual report and the 1997 <br /> Fire District Budget. In your packets he has provided a copy of <br /> the annual report. <br /> 2. Gary Groehn, Abdo, Abdo & Eich <br /> Mr. Groehn will review the 1995 Audit which is in your packets. <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 1. Clearwater Meadows update <br /> This was put on the agenda to bring everyone up to date as to the <br /> status of the project.. Note that the bid has not been awarded <br /> fnr construction of the street and utilities. <br /> 2. School water project update <br /> Dave Nyberg should be available to report on the construction of <br /> the watermain to the school and residents on Main Street. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. P &Z recommendations from P.H. <br /> a. Nelson fence variance <br /> b. Rezoning of Hensel property <br /> c. Eagle Pass preliminary plat <br /> Planning and Zoning meets on July 9th, not knowing what the <br /> outcome would be I have put the 3 public hearings on the council <br /> agenda for comment or action whichever would be suitable.
