CITY COUNCIL ANNOTATIONS -- NNE 26, 1996 <br /> APPEARANCE: BILL BISEK, LIONS CLUB <br /> Mr. Bisek has requested to appear before the City Council regarding fireworks for the <br /> City Celebration. Mr. Bisek has been provided with the permit application required by the State <br /> of Minnesota Department of Safety. <br /> APPEARANCE: KEN PETERSON, SUBURBAN INSPECTIONS <br /> Attached is information provided by Paul Palzer regarding the electrical inspection service <br /> that can be provided by Mr. Peterson. <br /> U.B. 1, CLEARWATER MEADOWS <br /> Bid opening for Clearwater Meadows was on May 21 st, the city has only 60 days from the <br /> 21 st of May to award the bid. Attached is a resolution to award to the lowest bidder. Since the <br /> final plat, grading plan and developers agreement has been approved it would appear that it be <br /> logical to award the utility bid. <br /> U.B. 2. ACTION PLAN RESOLUTION <br /> This resolution is necessary to forward the Action Plan to Met Council. <br /> U.B. 3. NEWSLETTER <br /> Attached is some of the information put together so far for the newsletter. Some <br /> Formatting and designing still needs to be completed. I would hope to get this out prior to the <br /> July council meeting. <br /> N.B. 1. 1996 STREET WORK <br /> Attached is a memo from Paul Palzer regarding the street work for 1996. <br /> N.B. 2. EMPLOYEE CELLULAR PHONE / PAGER AGREEMENT <br /> Attached is an agreement form that employees will be requested to sign for the benefit of <br /> government rates on cellular phone service and pager equipment and service through the city. <br />
