City Council Meeting Minutes of June 5, 1996 <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> SPECIAL MEETING OF JUNE 5, 1996 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the <br /> City of Centerville held a special meeting on June 5, 1996 at the <br /> City Hall. Acting Mayor Helmbrecht called the meeting to order <br /> at 5:30 p.m. <br /> PRESENT: Helmbrecht Buckbee <br /> Powers- Rasmussen Wilharber (arrived 5:35 p.m.) <br /> Brenner (arrived 7:20 p.m.) <br /> ABSENT: none <br /> STAFF /CONSULTANTS: Jim March <br /> Trudi Breuninger <br /> Dave Nyberg <br /> CLEARWATER MEADOWS - DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> The council discussed the development agreement for Clearwater <br /> Meadows with the following changes: <br /> Page 2: Item 6 regarding trees; specify trees to be Marchel <br /> Seedless Ash at a 2" caliber and at a cost of $300.00 each. <br /> Page 2: Mr. March will check with the attorney regarding Item S to <br /> see if a performance bond would satisy the city versus Mr. Goertz <br /> escrowing for it. <br /> Page 3: Add at the third paragraph: Home builder vehicles will be <br /> allowed to utilize Brian Drive with a road restriction of 7 ton <br /> unless otherwise specified. <br /> Page 5: Under City's Improvements delete the second sentence. And <br /> "(Exhibit A)" in the same paragraph. <br /> Page 6: Delete second to last paragraph starting: Payment of <br /> interest accrued on the special assessement..... Due to the fact <br /> that Mr. Goertz would like to have the assessment certified to the <br /> county. <br /> Page 7: Spelling correction in the second paragraph (assessed). <br /> Pages 10 & 11: Correct the spelling of Rockey's name to be Rockne <br /> Goertz. <br /> Page 12 - Exhibit A: Spelling correction (the). <br /> They discussed the grading of the area behind Eagle Trucking. And <br /> that the grading plan needs to show the berm on the double frontage <br /> lots on Brian Court. <br /> Mr. Goertz requested that the City prepare a summary sheet of the <br /> charges, stating what needs to be in a letter of credit and how <br /> much cash is required. <br /> cc6 -5mm 1 <br />
