This work would then lead to <br /> a possible funding scenario for the Centerville Water Resource Management Plan. As you <br /> know, the City is required to complete this plan within two years after the approval of the <br /> CIVIL ENGINEERING . Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) plan. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> MUNICIPAL A possible structure we have discussed would be to set a per lot or per square foot fee to <br /> PLANNING charge against new developments. We have not yet chosen a fee to begin implementing <br /> SOLID WASTE this new process. The process could begin immediately with the Clearwater Meadows <br /> STRUCTURAL Development, and be added into the developer's agreement. <br /> SURVEYING <br /> TRAEELC The Rice Creek Watershed District is currently updating their plan with a schedule for <br /> TRANSPORTATION completion sometime this summer. The City of Centerville may wish to complete those <br /> portions of the plan that would not be affected by the RCWD plan update, and then <br /> ELECTRICAL,'MECnANICAL complete any affected portions after approval of the RCWD plan. <br /> ENGINEERING' <br /> " VAC I will be in attendance at the April 24th Council meeting to further discuss this issue.
