See SCHEME <br /> 1B and SCHEME IC. <br /> • Goiffon Road reidentified as CSAH 14 extension to Heritage Street <br /> intersection then eastward to Clearwater Road (New Connection to CSAH <br /> 14) extension as perimeter of Historic Old Town and St. Genevieve <br /> Church Core Area. <br /> • Vacate Sorel for Sunday church parking area from Goiffon to Centerville <br /> Road. Church could develop grade entrance at basement floor, new <br /> restroom facilities, new nave, narthex with elevator service to both upper <br /> and lower church floors. <br /> • By classifying CSAH 14 as a Parkway, rerouting trucks, and main <br /> commerce traffic extending to 170` Street North or Centerville perimeter <br /> we can reidentify Centerville as a Village, isolated from the division <br /> cleavage of a highway and the safety of pedestrian access to school from <br /> residential areas is preserved. <br /> • Traffic electric semaphore lighting at 20` Avenue /CSAH 14 intersection <br /> and at Heritage and Centerville Road intersection would allow control of <br /> speed levels that could be limited to 30 mph or less for school location <br /> access. <br />
