All in favor. <br />Motion Passed Unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />V.CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />1.City of Centerville July 28, 2011 through August 10, 2011 Claims (Check #26581-26605 <br />& (Check # <br /> <br />2.Centennial Lakes Police Department Claims through July 28, 2011 (Check #8528-8536) <br /> <br />3.Encroachment Agreement ~ Fence, 7221 Clear Ridge (Mr. & Mrs. Thomas Stephney) <br /> <br />4.Parks & Recreation Committee Recommendation to Expend, Not to Exceed, $750 for <br />September 10 & 17, 2011 Movies in the Park Program <br />nd <br /> <br />5.Encroachment Agreement ~ Fence, 1950 – 72 Street (Mr. & Mrs. John LaValle) <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member King, to approve the <br />Consent Agenda as presented. Motion Passed Unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />VI.AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br />VII.OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />1.Xcel Energy Franchise Ordinance ~ Tabled from Previous Meetings. <br /> <br />Attorney Glaser stated that he had recently contacted Xcel Energy requesting an updated <br />document; however, Xcel was unable to provide. Item was tabled. <br /> <br /> <br />VIII.NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br />IX.ANNOUNCEMENTS/UPDATES <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson requested Council schedule a work session following the next City <br />Council meeting to continue budget discussions as the preliminary levy for 2012 needs to be <br />adopted in September. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reported that Veit has made a claim for extras on the trail project, due <br />to the State shutdown, that total over $40,000. The City Engineer will determine if all of the <br />claims are justified. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson discussed with Council the possibility of tearing down the buildings <br />on property the city owns at 1688 Sorel. The matter will be placed on the next agenda. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber updated the Council on meetings he attended for the Rush Line Corridor and <br />I35E/W Coalition. The Counties are to approve a second year of the Rush Line Corridor Transit <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />
