Res. #11 -014 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CLOSING FUND <br /> WHEREAS, a certain special project construction fund was established to account for <br /> revenue and expenses related to an improvement project, and <br /> WHEREAS, project costs have been paid and such fund is no longer needed. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> The Council hereby authorizes closing of the following construction improvement <br /> fund into its related debt service fund. <br /> Fund Number 451 - (2009 Street and Utility Improvements) balance of $1,526.31 <br /> shall be closed into Fund Number 351, 2009 Improvement Bond Fund <br /> Adopted by the City Council this 24th day of August, 2011. <br /> �-- <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> Teresa Bender, Clerk <br />
