<br />4. Staff that will serve the City of Centerville <br /> <br />Mark D. Lenz <br />Vice President <br /> <br />Experience and area of expertise: twelve years with T.C. Field & Company. Prior to his <br />employment with T.C. Field & Company, Mark was a city administrator and has over <br />fourteen years of municipal management experience. Because he has been a buyer of <br />insurance and related products, he has a unique background from which to assist the <br />City of Centerville. <br /> <br />He has also been a presenter, panel member and advisor in insurance and risk <br />management in many different forums. Mark has made presentations before the <br />Minnesota Public Risk Management Association, The Minnesota Association of Cable <br />Television Administrators, The Minnesota City Attorneys Association, Graduate Finance <br />Classes at Mankato State University, Small Business Classes at Normandale <br />Community College and the North American Association of Inventory Services. <br /> <br />He is an active member of a number of professional associations and serves as the <br />Chapter Advisor for the Minnesota Chapter of the Public Risk Managers Association, <br />Past President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Greater St. Paul and was <br />recently named to the Minnesota Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers- Board of <br />Directors. <br /> <br />Professional Designations and Education: BA, University of Minnesota; MA, Mankato <br />State University. <br /> <br />Recipient of the Minnesota Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers "Agent of the <br />Year Award 2005" <br /> <br />Mark will be the primary contact person for the City of Centerville. He will coordinate <br />agency efforts, set up meetings, and gather exposure data. <br /> <br />Bonnie L. Huber, CPCU <br />Commercial Account Manager <br /> <br />Experience and area of expertise: Bonnie has over 30 years of experience in the <br />insurance industry 10 of which are with T.C. Field & Company. Her expertise comes <br />from her responsibilities in both the insurance company and insurance agency <br />workforce. She has held positions in technical, customer service, and account executive <br />roles. Bonnie is primarily responsible for marketing and servicing our firm's public sector <br />business. <br /> <br />Professional Designations and Education: Bonnie is an active member in the insurance <br />community. She has her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation <br />and is a member of the Minnesota Chapter of the CPCU Society. <br /> <br />Bonnie will be responsible for the marketing and customer service efforts for the City of <br />Centerville. She will process and review all policies, endorsements, certificates and <br />other correspondence germane to these efforts. <br /> <br />T.e.
