4. Staff that will serve the City of Centerville Mark D. Lenz Vice President Experience and area of expertise: twelve years with T.C. Field & Company. Prior to his employment with T.C. Field & Company, Mark was a city administrator and has over fourteen years of municipal management experience. Because he has been a buyer of insurance and related products, he has a unique background from which to assist the City of Centerville. He has also been a presenter, panel member and advisor in insurance and risk management in many different forums. Mark has made presentations before the Minnesota Public Risk Management Association, The Minnesota Association of Cable Television Administrators, The Minnesota City Attorneys Association, Graduate Finance Classes at Mankato State University, Small Business Classes at Normandale Community College and the North American Association of Inventory Services. He is an active member of a number of professional associations and serves as the Chapter Advisor for the Minnesota Chapter of the Public Risk Managers Association, Past President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Greater St. Paul and was recently named to the Minnesota Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers- Board of Directors. Professional Designations and Education: BA, University of Minnesota; MA, Mankato State University. Recipient of the Minnesota Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers "Agent of the Year Award 2005" Mark will be the primary contact person for the City of Centerville. He will coordinate agency efforts, set up meetings, and gather exposure data. Bonnie L. Huber, CPCU Commercial Account Manager Experience and area of expertise: Bonnie has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry 10 of which are with T.C. Field & Company. Her expertise comes from her responsibilities in both the insurance company and insurance agency workforce. She has held positions in technical, customer service, and account executive roles. Bonnie is primarily responsible for marketing and servicing our firm's public sector business. Professional Designations and Education: Bonnie is an active member in the insurance community. She has her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and is a member of the Minnesota Chapter of the CPCU Society. Bonnie will be responsible for the marketing and customer service efforts for the City of Centerville.
