Please put these dates in your calendar and plan on <br />attending these meetings with your fellow elected officials. Any agenda item that you would like to <br />have discllssed should be forwarded to me so that it can be put on the agenda. The agendas are <br />usually mailed out 30 days prior to the meeting but items can always be added, so please don't <br />hesitate to call. <br /> <br />At this point we have heard from all of our cities, or those that wanted to participate, for our <br />segment "Spotlight on a City". These meetings are for the cities and should be city driven, <br />therefore, if you have any other agenda formats that you would like for these meetings, please <br />contact me. Mayors Gamache, Ryan and Gamec make up the committee for these meetings and can <br />also be contacted for input. If you are interested in participating on the committee, please contact <br />them as well. <br /> <br />Just a reminder, when you RSVP for a meeting, you are also reserving a dinner. If you do not <br />RSVP, you may not have a dilmer. Also, if you RSVP and do not attend the meeting, you will still <br />be billed for the meal. Several establishments have requested that payment be taken care of at the <br />conclusion of the meeting. Therefore, please remind your staffto have checks prepared to cover the <br />cost associated with the dinner so that you can bring that with you. Checks can also be mailed to my <br />attention at Anoka County. If you have ideas for locations for these meetings, please feel free to call <br />me with your suggestions.
