The LMC policy <br />development process begins with the formation of the four new LMC policy committees. Now is <br />your opportunity to help LMC establish its legislative policies and direct its legislative program <br />for the coming two-year period. <br /> <br />Who is eligible, can I be a member? Yes, all city members of LMC, both appointed and <br />elected, can participate in the policy development process as members of policy committees. <br />However, when cOlmnittee votes occur each city receives only one vote on that committee issue. <br /> <br />What are the four policy committees? The four member-led policy committees, which will <br />deal with both state and federal issues, cover areas as follows: <br /> <br />Improvin2. Service Deliverv <br />.
