The chips will be spread in the 30' area. We will excavate to clean 1500' of ditch, placing the spoils into the 30' area. The excavated spoils will be graded out, seeded, fertilized and then straw mulched and crimped. No permits included. The cost for this work is $13,252.67. Drainage Improvement We will saw cut the existing asphalt path and then lower the existing culvert one foot. We will clean 182' of ditch to match the new height of the culvert. We will haul away the excavated dirt. We will install up to 405 square yards of sod to restore those back yards draining into the ditch. No sod maintenance included. We will install up to 48 square feet of asphalt. No permits included. The cost for this work is $6,626.40. Any person or company supplying labor or materials for this improvement t our property may file a lien against your property if that person or company is not paid for the contributions. Ulmer Minnesota law, you have the right to pay persons who supplied labor or materials for this improvement directly and deduct this amount from our contract price, or withhold the amounts due from us until 120 days after completion of the improvement unless we give you a Ilen waiver signed by persons who supplied the labor or material for the improvement and who gave you timely notice. We reserve the right to file a lien if payment in full is not received within 30 days of the invoice date. Any additional costs will be added to the bill for interest, legal expenses, attorney fees, and /or collection costs.
