RES. #11-0_ <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT AND PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, it has been proposed to improve the following streets by construction of a <br /> mill and overlay project: <br /> Houle Circle from the west line of Peterson Trail westerly to its terminus <br /> Fox Run from the west line of Peterson Trail westerly to its terminus <br /> Hayfield Road from Peterson Trail to Mill Road <br /> Peterson Trail from Main Street to Fox Run <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CENTERVILLE, Minnesota: <br /> 1. The proposed Improvement is hereby referred to Mark Statz of Stantec, Inc. and <br /> that person is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed <br /> advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br /> improvement is necessary, cost- effective, and feasible; whether it should best be <br /> made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated <br /> cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> 2.
