Centeroiffe, 'M:N 55038 <br />'Esta6{islied 1857 STATE OF MINNESOTA (651)429-3232 · P~(651)429-8629 <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06 - 011 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE PARKS & RECREATION FUND TO <br />THE GENERAL FUND FOR 2004 IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Director has determined that various City improvements were made in <br />2004/2005 and funds were expended from the General Fund to pay for such expenditures; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Committee budgeted for these expenditures and are an allowable <br />use of Park Dedication Fees; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CENTERVILLE, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Finance Director is directed to make a Fund transfer from the Parks and Recreation Park <br />Dedication Fund to the General Fund for $65,400 (LaMotte Park Parking Lot - $52,519, LaMotte <br />Park Warming House Roof & Interior Painting - $4,256, and LaMotte Park Skate Park <br />Asphaltffrail - $8,625) <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council ofCenterville this 8th day of February, 2006. <br /> <br />C<\tt~,~~~_ <br /> <br />Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br /> <br />~~aSr~ <br />
