We agreed that Royal Oaks Realty, Inc.ls responses to the City of Centerville's discovery <br />requests is not immediately due. We agreed that I will initiate a call on January 22,2004 to you <br />in order to discuss the progress of obtaining the responsive information to the City of <br />Centerville's discovery requests and to set an absolute due date after January 22,2004 as to when <br />the initial responses would be due. <br /> <br />\lIe also agreed that the City of Centerville's responses to Royal Oaks Realty, Inc.'s discovery <br />requests would not be due next week.
