<br />ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />In 1993, the construction of a new City Ha11/Fire Station was completed. The City Hall <br />portion of the building was designed to meet the needs of City staff, City Council, and the <br />community for approximately ten years. <br /> <br />It would be appropriate for the City of Centerville to review the building design to <br />determine if and when any additions should be considered for the future space. The <br />original design allows for future additions on the south and west sides of the building. <br /> <br />The efficient operation of automotive equipment is essential to the day to day operations <br />of City Hall. This equipment is a necessary factor which allows the City to function <br />prOductively with minimal staff. Replacement and repair of this equipment is a high <br />priority. <br /> <br />13 <br />
