<br />City of Centervil1.e <br />December 10,2003 <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Council Member Lee asked when the City was going to begin inspections. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated it is ongoing but this ordinance amendment will allow for <br />enforcement. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra asked whether the City is installing Sensus for meter reading in <br />new homes. She then asked if Mr. Patzer could attend one meeting per quarter for a <br />Public Works update. <br /> <br />Council agreed to ask Mr. Patzer to come to one meeting per quarter and have him first <br />on the agenda for an update. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra asked Staff to invite Mr. Patzer to the last meeting of the year to <br />update on upcoming projects for 2004. <br /> <br />VOTE: AD in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />4. Ordinance #77 Clandestine Drugs <br /> <br />Motion by CouneD Member Cao.... seconded bv CouneD Member Broussard <br />Vickers to close the oubUe hearinl!. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. 2004 Budget - Resolution #03-067 <br /> <br />Motion by CouneD Member Pur. seconded by CouneD Member Caura to auurove <br />Resolution #03-067 as oresented. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra asked whether there had been any changes to the budget since the <br />last work session <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated that the budget would be amended to reflect the outcome of <br />the union negotiations but no other changes have been made. <br /> <br />VOTE: AD in favor.
