Please <br />note that Mr. Bisek has not submitted proof of Liquor Liability Insurance for the year <br />2004. <br /> <br />The State of Minnesota will not accept his renewal documentation without same. <br /> <br />Staff is however requesting that Council considers the renewal documentation to assist <br />Mr. Bisek in expediting the process when he fulfills the requirements. <br /> <br />Staff would recommend that if ConncD desires to approve Mr. Bisek's <br />documentation, it be subject to submission of Liquor Liability Insurance for the <br />year 2004 and payment of all outstanding property taxes and municipal service <br />charges. <br />
