His resignation reflects a commitment to coaching his young children's hockey and <br /> soccer teams. Kevin has served on the Parks and Recreation Committee for the past five <br /> years. We accept his reservation with appreciation for his past service to the City and his <br /> continuing commitment to the community through youth sports. <br /> We request that the City Clerk post this vacancy so that the Committee can find a replacement <br /> for Kevin Seelander. <br /> I do not know what the Council's policy is on recognizing the achievements of outgoing <br /> committee members. If there is a standard procedures, I would be happy to implement that <br /> policy.
