<br />City ofCentervll1e <br />October 8, 2003 <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />4. 7016 & 7020 Brian Court (ProPerty Line Dispute) <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated that Staff has learned that the shed in question is located <br />within a drainage and utility easement, was constructed in 1997 and is 8 x 10. She then <br />said the shed should-be moved out of the drainage easement. <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft indicated that Staff would send a letter to the resident asking that the <br />shed be moved once he works with the City Clerk to determine what the standard is that <br />needs to be met. <br /> <br />5. Liquor License <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated the liquor licenses are in need of renewal and all that <br />information was sent to the liquor establishments. She then indicated she had provided <br />information from. the fire department on some compliance issues that will need to be <br />resolved prior to renewal. <br /> <br />6. Street Reconstruction Plan <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated that the City needed to set a hearing date for the street <br />reconstruction plan but the schedules for November and December are heavy. <br /> <br />Council asked that it be placed on the January agenda. <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson indicated that it would be preferable to have it on the December 10, 2003 <br />agenda. <br /> <br />7. Fete des Lacs <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney indicated that Mr. Thill had sent a thank: you note to the City for the help <br />with the parade. He then read the note and thanked Mr. Thill and those that volunteered <br />on the parade for their assistance. . <br /> <br />8. Temporary Signs <br /> <br />Council Member Capra indicated that temporary signs seem to be popping up all over <br />town. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated that all of them have permits and noted that Staff is on top of <br />-them. <br /> <br />9. CDA Information <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated she received information that Coon Rapids met with the <br />larger cities within the County and has now invited smaller cities to be involved in a task <br /> <br />Page 12 of 14 <br />
