On Page 6, first <br />paragrap~ last sentence indicate that the default increase is "approximately". On Page 8, <br />fourth paragraph, second sentence "and when the bids were agreed". On Page 9 of 14, <br />insert "a" in front of second were. On Page 12, third paragraph from bottom replace light <br />rail with North Star Commuter Rail. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council Member Lee <br />to approve the September 24. 2003 Council Meetin!! Minutes as amended. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />IV. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1. The City of Centerville September 25, 2003 through October 8, 2003 Claims for <br />Approval <br />2. Centennial Fire District Claims <br />3. Centennial Fire District Quarterly Budget Disbursement <br />4. Pay Estimate #6 - Park Construction $58,949.52 (pheasant Marsh, Phase I) <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee. seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />Consent A!!enda Items 1 - 3 as presented. All in favor. Special Assessments - 21 st Avenue Street & Storm Sewer FrOt ect <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney opened the public hearing at 6:37 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney indicated the proposed assessments to the property owners would be <br />$14,042 which ends up being 12% oftotal cost of the project. <br /> <br />Mr. Kozar said this was good and thanked Council for lowering the amount.
