The City Administrator also left <br />several messages on your voice.mail at (763) 780-5958 for you to contact her in regards <br />to this issue. To date, no attempt has been made by you to contact either the Building <br />Inspector, the City Administrator or to the relocate the structure in question. <br /> <br />The City Administrator and I have had several discussions regarding this issue with your <br />spouse and provided her with the ordinance that governed the location of the shed at the <br />time that the shed had been constructed. I have enclosed the same information for your <br />review. Upon the removal and new location of the shed that is in question, you must <br />comply with the current ordinance that governs same. I have enclosed a copy of the <br />current Ordinance #4 (effective 9/5/00) that pertains to accessory structures/sheds and <br />their location your convenience. Please, note that no structure may be placed in a <br />drainage/utility easement. <br /> <br />The City formally request.s that you abate the above stated ordinance violation within <br />thirty (30) clays of receipt of this letter (November 17, 2003) or the City will have no <br />alternative but to proceed legally to have this violation brought into compliance. I have <br />included Division 200: . Enforcement and Violations of the current ordinance that <br />addresses the City's right to enforce non-compliance of Ordinance #4, (Effective 9/5/00). <br />
