CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission held its regularly <br /> meeting on October 4, 2011, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> PRESENT: Chairperson Darrin Mosher <br /> Commissioner Thomas Wood <br /> Commissioner Eric Larson <br /> Commissioner Matthew Montain::::- <br /> Commissioner Russ Koski <br /> ABSENT: Commissioner James Flint <br /> Commissioner Olaf Lee <br /> STAFF: Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> OTHERS PRESENT: Council Member D Love <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Mosher. <br /> 1. Roll Call <br /> II. APPEARANCES/PRESENTATION(S) None <br /> III. PUBLIC HEARINGS None <br /> IV. PUBLIC INPUT None <br /> V. OLD BUSINESS. None <br /> VI. NEW BUSINESS. <br /> The Commission reviewed the sign regulations. It was noted that some businesses do not <br /> have signs that fully meet the current standards. No action was warranted at this time. <br /> VII. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> The Commission reviewed nuisance issues that the city is contending with. <br /> The Commission was briefed on the status of the Metro Transit Park and Ride facility <br /> proposed for Lino Lakes on the Centerville easterly border. <br /> Discussion was held regarding snowmobile regulations and the need to educate operators <br /> on the city regulations. The Commission discussed the possibility of coordinating the <br /> operating hours with neighboring communities. <br /> VIII. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
