Your attention, or response, is respectfully <br />requested on the following issues: <br /> <br />. The sodding around Voyager Court was NOT completed - about half way around, <br />near the path leading to the park, the third row of sod was started but never finished, <br />it is assumed they ran out of sod. The sodding company (Storer Sod?) just needs <br />enough black dirt and sod to finish one strip about 100' or so. Please contact them <br />ASAP to complete this job. . <br /> <br />. 6977 Portage: please remove the fence & post lying on ground behind unit. <br /> <br />. Portage Way: after raising water shut-offs please remove all the 4X4 posts in <br />ground <br /> <br />. Portage Way: there-are several areas of dead sod, as well as a couple trees that look <br />dead - please confirm that all are under the one-year warranty and will be replaced <br />next Spring. <br /> <br />. 7035 Dupre: the sidewalk in front of this unit was cracked during the recent <br />construction - please replace section(s) as needed <br /> <br />.
