<br /> <br />ervi{{e <br />~{isftet{ 1B57 <br /> <br />1880 :Main Street " Centervilfe, fJItf!J.L 55038 <br />(651) 429-3232 ,,:faiC (651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03 - 049 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING lMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted September 11, 2002 (Res. #02 - 037) fixed a date for a <br />council hearing on the proposed municipal street and storm sewer improvements to 21st Avenue; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the <br />hearing was held thereon on the 25th day of September, 2002 at which all persons desiring to be heard were <br />given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and, <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVlLLE, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility report <br />with amendment provided by TKDA Engineering & Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed. <br />3. TDKA Engineering & Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik: & Associates will work <br />jointly/cooperatively with each other in regards to City specific improvements and are designated <br />as the engineers for this improvement. The engineers shall prepare plans and specifications for <br />the making of such improvement. <br />4.
