The amendment proposes the restaging of an <br />approximately IS-acre site from the City's 20Q6-20IO MUSA Addition Stage to <br />the City's 2001-2005 MUSA Additioii Stage. The site constitutes the third and <br />final development phase of the Pheasant Marsh residential development, owned <br />by Growd Development, Inc. <br /> <br />Per our telephone conveI$ltion on'.t\ugust 5, the proposed sewer staging <br />amendment is part of thepMe~Jitan Council's approved 2010 MUSA and <br />should not require Metropolltan.Couiu,;ilreview nor dOes it necessitate any formal <br />plan amendment process. As the plan amendment and map preparation were <br />already in progress when we spoke'aDout this matter, I am happy to provide you <br />with these maps for your reco$~d to keep you abreast of changes to the City of <br />Centerville's Comprehensive Plan, IWQUld appreciate your written confinnation <br />that no formal plan. review by the Metropolitan.
