CITY OF CENTERVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE HUNTERS CROSSING ~ ADDITION, PHASE I SUBDMSION AND BENEFITING PROPERTIES (6882 & 6849 CENTERVILLE ROAD AND OUTLOT B OWNED BY GROUND DEVEWPMENT) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Centerville will meet on Wednesday, August 27,2003 at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street, in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m or shortly thereafter to consider, and possibly adopt the proposed assessment for the municipal utilities and street improvements within the plat known as Hunters Crossing ')!1d Addition, Phase I and a portion of Centervi11e Road and Outlot B owned by Ground Development. Adoption by .the Council of the proposed assessment may occur at the hearing. The following are the property identification numbers to be assessed: . PID# ADDRESS 23-31-22-33-0004 23-31-22-34-0003 OutlotB Lot 19 Hunters Crossing -r Addition, Phase I 6849 Centerville Road 6882 Centerville Road (Ground Development) (Richard S. Carlson & Assoc.) (Richard S. Carlson & Assoc.) The proposed assessment roll is on file for public inspection at the City Clerk's Office. The improvement project was considered at a hearing on July 23, 2003. The total estimated project cost is $1,282,925 of which 1,244,134 is proposed to be assessed against Richard S. Carlson & Assoc. and $38,791 is proposed to be assessed against the other parcels. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assistance devices or a sign language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. August 22, 2003. All persons interested are invited to attend and to be heard.
