<br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED MUNICIPAL UTILITIES <br />AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE HUNTERS CROSSING ~ <br />ADDITION, PHASE I SUBDMSION AND BENEFITING PROPERTIES (6882 & <br />6849 CENTERVILLE ROAD AND OUTLOT B OWNED BY GROUND <br />DEVEWPMENT) <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Centerville will <br />meet on Wednesday, August 27,2003 at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street, in <br />the Council Chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m or shortly thereafter to consider, and <br />possibly adopt the proposed assessment for the municipal utilities and street <br />improvements within the plat known as Hunters Crossing ')!1d Addition, Phase I and a <br />portion of Centervi11e Road and Outlot B owned by Ground Development. Adoption by <br />.the Council of the proposed assessment may occur at the hearing. Carlson & Assoc.) <br /> <br />The proposed assessment roll is on file for public inspection at the City Clerk's Office. <br />The improvement project was considered at a hearing on July 23, 2003. The total <br />estimated project cost is $1,282,925 of which 1,244,134 is proposed to be assessed <br />against Richard S. Carlson & Assoc. and $38,791 is proposed to be assessed against the <br />other parcels. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at <br />the hearing. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assistance devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. August 22, 2003.
