The committee discussed the benefits of working with Mr. Bernstein and the Lino Lakes Parks & Recreation Department, as well as the benefits to the residents of Centerville. Committee Member Seeley would like it stated that whichever group uses the parks the group must be responsible for the cleanup incurred by their usage.
