CITY OF CENTERVILLE Anoka County, Minnesota SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE # , SECOND SERIES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on , 20 , Ordinance # , Second Series, entitled "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR 2012' was adopted by the City Council of the City of Centerville, Minnesota, NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance #_ Second Series the City Council has directed that a title and summary be prepared for publication pursuant to Minn. Stat. 412.191, Subd 4. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a complete, printed copy of Ordinance #_, Second Series is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the office of the City Clerk, 1880 Main Street, Centerville, MN, or will be mailed to anyone requesting it by telephone (651) 429- 3232. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the general purpose of the ordinance is to adopt fees and charges for various purposes. Section 1. This section adopts fees and charges including fees related to garbage/utility account certification, utility rates and charges, animal licensing, burning permits, fees for use of right -of -ways and excavations in streets, fees for business licensing, fees and deposits related building activities, fees for sign permits, development fees including fees in lieu of park dedications, planning and zoning fees, and fees for services including supplying copies and maps, and fees for vacation of streets and easements. Section 2. This section authorizes this summary of the ordinance be published in lieu of the entire text of the ordinance. Section 3. This section provides that the ordinance is effective on publication of this summary. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City Council has by at least a 4/5 vote, approved this Public Notice.
