This is an increase of <br />$61,909 over the 2003' budget The 2004 budget is higher due to the costs associated with the <br />repayment of the building loan. <br /> <br />Recommendation: . That the Member Cities approve the 2004, Commission Budget as <br />recommended by the Telecommunications Commission and the <br />Operations Committee. <br /> <br />ll. 2004 MEDIA ~BUDGET <br /> <br />The amended Joint Powers Agreement .establish~ an "Operations Commi~" which is <br />composed of Member City e.dmini~tra.tors. Their primary responsibility is to provide input to the <br />operation and budget of the Community Media Center.
