Commission Budget line Item Supporting Information Personnel · Rose has been moved to a different pay scale. Because she is a certified computer technician and will be a certified Microsoft Engineer by 2004 I have moved her to the. same pay scale as our video tech Rick. I started her at the step above what she would have been making at her current position. You may recall discussing this when it was agreed that Rose would be trained to become a Microsoft Engineer. While the monetary amount doesn't vary greatly from her current income, it follows through with a promise and demonstrates the Commission's commitment to its employees. Besides, she's already saved us ten times that amount by utilizing the know/edge she's gained. · The Executive Director salary is divided between the two budgets.
