Disposal of Tracie McBride Memorial Park Water Tower <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson indicated that the water tower expert in his office has recommended that to <br />reuse this water tower would not be practical due to the number of cuts and welds so it is <br />probably not feasible to reuse it. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson recommended the City do a Request for Proposals to <br />companies that dismantle water towers and see what the response is. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Terway, to direct <br />Staff to solicit requests for proposals for removal and disposal of the water tower. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. Resolution #06-007 – Adopting the General Records Retention Schedule <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve <br />Resolution #06-007, Adopting the General Records Retention Schedule. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />3. Resolution #06-008 – Appointing An Alternate to the Fire Steering Committee <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve <br />Resolution #06-008, a Resolution Appointing an Alternate to the Fire Steering <br />Committee. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> 4.
