<br />Attached is our Report for construction of sanitary sewer, water main, storm. sewer and streets to
<br />serve the 2nd Addition of Hunters Crossing. The report provides detailed descriptions, cost
<br />estimates, sketches of the proposed work, and assessment options. The project is proposed to be
<br />split into two phases, with Phase 1 in 2003 and Phase 2 in 2004.
<br />
<br />We will be pleased to meet with the City Council and other interested parties to discuss this
<br />report at a mutually convenient time.
