".e....,!. <br />; . : . ~ ..[ .:1' <br />I -.. .... ,,'. <br /> <br /> <br />~fI lJ ,j <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and Council Members <br />FROM Teresa Bender, City Clerk;{ ~. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Temporary Tent-Like Structures/Canopies and Swimming Pool Fencing <br /> <br />DATE: July 18,2003 <br /> <br />Attached, please find two (2) internal complaint forms, letters to residents in non- <br />compliance, information received from the City ofLino Lakes and a response letter from <br />Mr. & Mrs. Lawrence Perron, 1798 Main Street. <br /> <br />Attached, pl~ find seven (7) internal complaint forms, four (4) letters to residents in <br />non-compliance, one (1) issuance of a correction notice, two (2) that will receive <br />correction notices and a response letter from Mr. Dave Brown, 1755 Meadow Lane. <br /> <br />Also attached, you will find those sections of Ordinance #4 that pertain to these issues. <br /> <br />Council may desire to forward these portions of Ordinance #4 to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for discussion and possible amendment. Staff would also like the <br />opportunity to bring forward additional areas that may also need to be amended. <br /> <br />Recently, another resident received a letter in regards to outside storage of an enclosed 1 . <br />trailer that had been parked ~ on his driveway and ~ in the front yard and also exceed ILC/ <br />the 35' liinit.
