<br />CITY OF CENTERVll..LE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUNE 25, 2003 <br />6:30 p.rn. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereot: the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br />meeting on June 25,2003, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Terry Sweeney <br />Council Member Lee <br />Council Member Capra <br />Council Member Broussard <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ABSENT: Council Member Paar <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator, Ms. Moore-Sykes <br />City Attorney, Mr. Jim Hoeft <br />City Engineer, Mr. Tom Peterson <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the June 25, 2003, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ll. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney requested that the Consent Agenda and Minute approval be moved to the <br />end of the agenda. He also requested that the Centerville Road sidewalk issue and <br />Northland Securities be added to the agenda. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes requested that Resolution 03-039 concerning Hunters Crossing 429 <br />process be added to the agenda for approval. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes requested that the requests from the Centerville Lions concerning the <br />Fete des Lacs Festival be added to the agenda. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes requested that the block party permit be added as number 7 under New <br />Business. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lee seconded bv Council Member Capra to approve <br />the ae:enda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br />
