The site is on 20tb. <br />Avenue next to the Centerville~s Public Works garage. <br /> <br />This concept shows 18 twin office units in 9 buildings, the setbacks are 20 feet between <br />buildings. <br /> <br />. ~; <br />The number of parking stalls would be 7 compared to the city ordinance of S. The <br />reduction is due to the number of people who will actually use the offices an IS based on <br />a study of comparable office buildings. <br /> <br />Each office will be enrolled in the owners association. The association will be governed <br />by declarations and bylaws and is to be responsible for the exterior maintenance, lawn <br />care, snow removal, landscaping, garbage pickup, m:uf parking lot upkeep. <br /> <br />The concept is to provide ownership office space in a town home community. The <br />common areas will be landscaped with trees, shrubs, flowers, sidewalks and a mailbox <br />center. <br /> <br />The buildings will be two story with a residential look. The exterior will be vinyl siding, <br />and stone, with shadow-line roof shingles. Each office will be 2400 square feet on two <br />floors with the space partitioned by custom design. / <br /> <br />The overall concept of the office park will have a residential look and extensive <br />landscaping. The expected occupants will be persons seeking conveniently located space <br />for 4-5 people, with benefits of ownership. <br /> <br />The office park is to be developed and built by Sedona Homes, Inc., builders of Pine view <br />Meadows Townhomes in Hugo at 140tb.
