EXHIBIT C <br /> PLUMBING AND HEATING PERMITS <br /> 1. Plumbing Permits <br /> A. The charge shall be five dollars ($5.00) for each plumbing fixture, device or connection to the <br /> sewer or plumbing system, with a minimum charge of forty dollars and zero cents ($40.00) <br /> B. For any alteration, repair or extension to an existing plumbing system, where the work is of <br /> such a nature that the permit fee charge cannot be determined from the above schedule, the <br /> permit fee shall be forty dollars ($40.00) first five- hundred dollars ($500.00) or fraction <br /> thereof, plus fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each additional five- hundred dollars ($500.00) or <br /> fraction thereof of the total market value of such alteration, repair or extension. <br /> The charge for commercial, industrial or institutional building shall be: <br /> Two percent (2 %) of the total cost of labor and materials of the heating, ventilation and air <br /> conditioning work to be completed or a minimum of $40.00 whichever is greater. <br /> Work commenced without first obtaining a permit shall be charged an investigative fee equal to permit <br /> fees. <br /> 2. Mechanical Permits <br /> The charge for a residential dwelling shall be twenty dollars and zero cents ($20.00) for each <br /> of the following units but not to exceed $140.00.
