The <br />second building has been established for approximately two years and in that time frame I would <br />believe grass could have been grown. With many businesses taking great strides to keep their <br />grounds maintained I believe at the least this commercial property should be required to maintain <br />the minimum of well-kept grass. <br /> <br />I would like to see the city use what authority it has to help encourage this property owner to <br />improve the appearance of one of the main business areas within our community. <br /> <br />Thank you for your time and consideration of this matter. <br /> <br />Cordially, <br /> <br />Julie Berger <br /> <br />6/23/2003 <br />
