Ratification of April, 2003 Expenses. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Korst made a motion that the Consent Agenda be <br />approved, seconded by Commissioner Pitchford. The motion was <br />approved. Commissioner Simons abstained from the approval of the <br />Minutes of April 17, 2003. <br /> <br />6. ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. 2004 Budget Discussion <br /> <br />Chair Varian asked if they had any reason to discuss the budget at this <br />time, or if they should discuss it at the July meeting. <br /> <br />Chief Heckman stated he had nothing new to discuss at this time. <br /> <br />B. 2002 Audit Report Discussion <br /> <br />Commissioner Mahr asked about Capital Leases Payable. She asked for <br />an explanation regarding this. Chief Heckman replied they were on a <br />three-year rotation with vehicles. He stated what changed this was when <br />a vehicle was totaled.
