Chief Heckman stated he had nothing new to discuss at this time. B. 2002 Audit Report Discussion Commissioner Mahr asked about Capital Leases Payable. She asked for an explanation regarding this. Chief Heckman replied they were on a three-year rotation with vehicles. He stated what changed this was when a vehicle was totaled. He noted this year they had budgeted for one vehicle.
